from rugged high grade alloys using state-of-the-art CAD/CNC
to fine tolerances. At Pro-Mag we are committed to continuous
research and development - every new machine introduced is benched

lifetime of the machine ten fold. All manufacturing is rigorously
managed to the highest quality control, and all Pro-Mag annular
cutters are produced within a BS5750 environment.
General Features
- Standard Equipment with Each Kit includes a fitted metal
/or plastic carrying case plus tool, safety kit, oil and applicator.
- Each press is equipped with a new Electromagnetic super high
density base unit for unsurpassed adhesion.
- Ergonomically designed handles for ease of use and side handles
can be fitted to both sides of machine . All units have the highest
quality, pre-tested, double insulated electrical components.
- All units are flash tested to 4000 volts engaged.
- The motor on each unit will stop automatically if power supply
is interrupted. Only the operator can reset to restart the unit.

The Pro-Mag "E" Series comes with a dual gear variable
speed motor for drilling holes up to 1-1/4" (32mm) and milling
holes up to 4" (100mm) diameters. It is powered with the
durable and reliable Eibenstock motor. The "E" series
also features a spring loaded ball fitted to the base for accurate
repositioning on the work surface with ut having to lift the
unit.

 C SERIES MODEL 32/65
The Pro-Mag "C" Series is the only 2 speed machine
to develop the constant power and variable speed required for
drilling and milling holes between 1/2" (13mm.) and 2-1/2"
(65mm) diameter in many different materials. It is powered by
the highly acclaimed Casals TN23/2VCE Motor unit. The smooth,
variable control electronics (VCE). The "C" Series
also features a spring-loaded roller ball fitted to the base.
This allows the machine to be accurately repositioned on the
work surface.

A SERIES PRO-TAP

The "A" Series Pro-Tap is one of the only 4 speed
machines to develop the constant power and four speeds required
for tapping holes up to 1-1/4" (30mm.) in diameter. The
built in electronic control, when switched to reverse, stops
for a pre-set time for added mechanical projection. It is powered
by the high toque low rpm AEG B4/32 Motor unit. The "A"
Series Pro-Tap also features a spring loaded roller ball fitted
to the base which allows the machine to be accurately repositioned
on the work surface.

Swivel Features
The Swivel Pro-Mag Base provides machines
powered by the Casals TN23/2VCE and the AEG B4/32 4-speed motor
unit. Both play a distinct role providing specialist drilling
and milling operations, while offering the increased flexibility

The Pro-Mag P23 is a lightweight but heavy duty stand which
excepts motor units with No. 2 Morse Taper and provides a drilling

Pro-Mag high performance cutters are manufactured to the highest
quality and have been designed to save you time and money. They
feature a new improved geometry which effectively evacuates swarf
from the hole and increases the travel rate for drilling large
diameter holes. Pro-Mag cutters have been hardened to provide
durability in cutting through a large variety of materials and
to  achieve real, clean accuracy - every time.
Such is their high tolerance to stress, Pro-Mag cutters can
even be used to cut slots and grooves in metal by overlapping
holes.
