Model 610 straight-line action clamps are widely used for gluing applications in the woodworking industry. The customer adds his own spindle pads to permit using full clamping force without damaging the wood. REGULAR MOVEMENT Plunger moves forward and locks as handle is moved forward. Plunger also locks in retracted position when handle is moved backward. REVERSE HANDLE MOVEMENT Plunger moves forward and locks as handle is moved backward to horizontal position. Plunger retracts as handle is moved forward but does not lock in retracted position.
MODELS 601, 601-0 Smallest of the straight-line toggle clamps. Ideal for electronic applications and similar small fixturing. Model 601 has an 8-32 nylon spindle assembly (105203). Model 601-0 has externally threaded 1/4-20 plunger tip. Red handle grip is supplied on all non-stainless steel models. Holding capacity: 100 lbs. Weight: 2 oz. MODELS 602, 604, 624 Fully retractable locators, these models mount directly through a member by a jam nut on the work side or flush by drilling and tapping the member. Locks in extended or retracted position. When flush mounted, plunger completely retracts from work area. An optional base mounting detail is available for Model 604 as part no. 604106, and for Model 624 as part no. 624108. MODEL 603 This straight-line action toggle clamp has a large holding capacity for its size. The 603 is well adapted for use in confined areas because of its small package size and low height. The red vinyl handle is slanted forward to provide an adequate grip and yet enhance the low silhouette. Locks in both the extended and retracted positions.
