Types P1 and P2 Short series Packings slip over the bolt and
support the tail of the Lindapter Types A,
AH, B, BR
and E.
The Packings are intended to accommodate thicker flanges where
the tail of the Lindapter is insufficient. A combination of these
packings or Type CW Clipped Washers, together
with the various Lindapter tail-lengths, can be used to suit
virtually any flange thickness.
Types P1 and P2 Long series Packings provide a means of support
for the Lindapter Types D1, D2,
D3, and LR where
flanges have to be gripped which are even thicker than the maximum
range.
