ASTRO-CUT 2001 A: PRODUCT NO.34
ASTRO-CUT 2001 A is a chlorine-free
BIOSTABLE soluble oil designed for the machining and grinding
of virtually all metals except magnesium. ASTRO-CUT 2001 A will
provide a sump life far beyond that of conventional coolants.
ASTRO-CUT 2001 B: PRODUCT NO.35
ASTRO-CUT 2001 B is a semi-synthetic
BIOSTABLE metalworking coolant. This product offers excellent
workpiece visibility, high lubricity, and superior cooling. ASTRO-CUT
2001 B is designed for the machining and grinding of virtually
all metals and is formulated without the use of chlorine. ASTRO-CUT
2001 B works well in metalworking applications such as CNC milling,
turning, drilling, tapping, and grinding.
ASTRO-CUT 2001 C: PRODUCT NO.36
ASTRO-CUT 2001 C is a heavy duty
version of ASTRO-CUT 2001 A. This is a BIOSTABLE soluble oil concentrate
containing a chlorinated additive for difficult machining operations
involving such materials as stainless or tool steels. ASTRO-CUT
2001 C is also excellent on high silicon aluminum alloys.
ASTRO-CUT 2001 BCL: PRODUCT NO.37
ASTRO-CUT 2001 BCL is a semi-synthetic BIOSTABLE metalworking
coolant. This product, when diluted with water, forms a translucent
amber emulsion which offers excellent workpiece visibility, exceptional
lubricity, and superior cooling. ASTRO-CUT 2001 BCL contains chlorine
as an extreme pressure additive for greater lubricity.
ASTRO-CUT 2001 SYN: PRODUCT NO.30
ASTRO-CUT 2001 SYN is a heavy-duty oil-free synthetic cutting
and grinding fluid concentrate. It may be used on a variety of
metals, including steels, cast iron and aluminum; in operations
ranging from grinding to turning to milling.
ASTRO-GRIND 2001 A: PRODUCT NO.47
ASTRO-GRIND 2001 A is an oil-free,
nitrite-free water extendable grinding fluid concentrate. This
product offers excellent performance on cast iron, steels and
most non-ferrous metals in most grinding applications, including
centerless, I.D., O.D. and Blanchard type. ASTRO-GRIND 2001 A
may be misted for machining and grinding.
GLASGRIND 100: PRODUCT NO.88
GLASGRIND 100 is an oil-free, nitrite
free, water extendable grinding fluid concentrate. When diluted
for use, GLASGRIND 100 provides a stable, effective medium for
abrasive working of glass and all vitreous materials.
