CB100 Conveyor Roller / Bearing Roller

The CB100 was specifically designed for removal of 504 conveyor-roller bearings without damaging conveyor rollers. The compact design offers a self-locking, self-aligning, quick release feature. This puller will eliminate the need for many of the more expensive collet-style pullers. CB100 Conveyor Roller / Bearing Roller Features: - Removes 504 conveyor roller bearings - Replaces OTC puller model #921 - Will not damage conveyor roller - Self-locking feature - Compact design - Rolled threads for exceptional strength - Easy to use - Self-aligning - Quick-release feature - Zink-chromate finish - Heat-treated wear plate - 140,000 psi steel construction - Eliminates the need for the more expensive collet-style pullers

3/4" Hex Nut 1" Hex Nut

1. Push conveyor-roller puller into bearing and push up to roller face.

2. Turn 3/4" hex nut clockwise to remove bearing.  A 1" wrench may be used to hold puller body from turning.

3. With bearing removed from roller, turn 3/4" nut counter-clockwise to remove bearing from puller.
