 The weight of the machines
is very rarely distributed evenly and the relative position of
the heavy parts of the machine makes a weight distribution calculation
very difficult. Consequently the imprecision of distribution
lead to an inappropriate mount stiffness selection and drastic
reduction in vibration isolation effectiveness.
The
type EVI-3 anti-vibration leveling mount design provides stiffness
proportional to the load. This in turn always keeps the machine
in a level position regardless of weight distribution during
machine operation.
The
natural frequency of machine oscillation on such mounts do not
depend on the machines weight. The mount is known as a "Constant
Natural Frequency" (CNF) Mount.
Manufactured
from Nitrite rubber, this mount is the most durable and corrosion
resistant available today.
